Easter
Easter is a poetic holiday, full of old customs and traditions, but also of modern traditions and modern notions of waiting for the dawn of new life, which spring undoubtedly is. So today, various handicraft workshops with the creation of spring and festive decorations and markets with the same already produced assortment are an inherent part of the pre-Easter period. This is also the case in Trutnov.
You can visit us at the Easter market on Krakonoš Square from 25 to 28 March, a creative afternoon in the Podkrkonoší Museum on 21 March or another creative afternoon in the slightly different Weaving Museum in the House under the Ash Tree in Trutnov-Voletiny on Saturday 23 March, a week before Palm Sunday.
Original fun for children with a hunt for colourful eggs in nature will take place at the camping site in Dolce on Sunday 31 March.
You can also visit the children's Easter workshops at the Tourist Information Centre on 26 March from 10 am to 4 pm.
